SupaCall provides VoIP calling, balance management, and related communication features. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, including your email address and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All purchases made through SupaCall are processed securely through third‑party providers such as Stripe. Calling balance purchases are non‑refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to engage in fraud, spam, harassment, or any misuse of the VoIP calling system. SupaCall reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in abusive behavior.
SupaCall integrates with trusted providers such as Telnyx for VoIP services and Stripe for payments. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
We strive to maintain reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or network issues may temporarily affect availability.
SupaCall is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
